Our special Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The orchard was hand-planted by the family in the spring of 2012 and has already developed olives on the young trees. In just a short time the fruit will be harvested and immediately pressed to create an exquisite Tuscan-style, California grown extra virgin olive oil.
The name FRANTOIO 8/9 is derived from the orchard varietal planting pattern; a square of eight Frantoio trees surrounding the ninth, a Leccino pollenizer.
